screen top question

i have a tank that was bought at a reptile expo and i want to use it for my ball python but the lid is too big .... i have another ank that is fine, they have the same screen i took measurements ... the tanks are off by about 3/8ths width wise(there 10 gallons). Is there a screen that will fit my slightly smaller lid or a simple way to fix my problem.

I have a 10 gallon with the same problem let me know if you ever find one that will work. I have been thinking about making one from scrach.

The lids at petsmart are oversized. The lids at petco are a little smaller. Also petco has the better latches for the screne lids. All the lids are a little oversized anyways. With the clamps to hold it down it doesn't matter.

i have the aquarium lid clips and they dont fit with this smaller tank but they fit fine with the normal one...
