Ball python sperm plug

i tried poping my male spider to ensure he is in fact a male, saw a sperm plug. Are these supposed to come out of the snake? Because when i popped him it just sort of fell out

Its normal. Just means hes looking for some loving

oh, well thats really weird, because him and my big female have only locked once for a short time in the 3 weeks i have been pairing them

pairings take time to happen. Keep pairing them 3 on 2 off all winter till you see Ovy. Once he gets in full gear hell be non stop all over them

lol well flamethrower i have 2 questions
1: If i breed a male pastel and spider to my female norm. Is there any chance ill get a buble bee because i know multiple sired clutches are possible? No right? (sorry for the newb question, 1st year breeding :)
2: When breeding should a lighten up on feeding my female, or should i continue to feed her so she gains as much as possible before going off feed? I feed her 1 med. rat a week and she is currently pushing 2100g.

1 No you will only get spiders,pastels or normals but you might get all normals. But sired clutches can not mix male sperm to make a super sperm and create a new mutation.

2. I feed my females every 4 days a sm rat. males get wean rat every 10-14 days to keep them lean.

I mentioned sperm plug at the dinner table and my wife almost threw up. It pretty much ruined dinner. It was awesome.
