my ball python "chai" I noticed has some discolorfication under his bottom jaw on both sides of the skin crease. its kinda pink and red, looks maybe like imflamation or idk waht to think.

I think you should open a window.

When the haze has cleared look to see if maybe he's just going into shed.

Are there any sores on his belly? Is he just pink? Is his cage clean? It his cage wet or dry?

Sometimes they rub their "chins" on things forming raw areas. Got a picture?

i do not have a picture i have no camera in the house. its not shedding i know what that looks like and he just shed like a week ago.

Without pictures it's hard to say. The only thing around the mouth that would cause those symptoms would be mouth rot, I believe.

What are you housing him in? How are you measuring his temps and humidity?
