    First successful home feeding!
    Thanks everyone!
    Just had our first successful feeding!
    Went beautifully with a live fuzzy fed in the tank after prescenting the room.
    That's a big relief for me.

    Now that he's eaten, is the 48 hrs before handling an absolute or does it depend on the snake? I know enough not to handle him right away, just want to know when is the earliest reasonable wait.

    I posted this in another thread but I wanted to make sure everyone who helped knew about it.

    Hi,

    Hold pretty fast to the 48 hour rule for a little while until you see how she does with it - or at least has had quite a few successfull feedings in a row.:gj:

    It is recommended to reduce the possibility of making her regurge her meal which is quite stressfull on them.

    Go on, admit it, you can wait 48 hours. :D
