    Minimum tub size?
I'm planning to build a small rack for my snakes, ball pythons and colubrids.

I'm a tad worried about the size, I already bought some tubs, which are 60cm x 40cm x 20cm, they seem ok for a ball python? are they actually good?

Or should I use these for the colubrids and buy bigger ones for the balls?

    cheers

I just found out that this size is almost equivalent to the American 32 quart, and therefore it's OK for male ball pythons.

If google calculated right, those dimensions are closer to a 50qt tub.

Full grown snakes will be fine in a tub that size but I would not stick a baby snake in one.

it is closer to 50 quart because of it's height, but when you consider the floor area it's actually closer to the usual 32 quarts.
