Phantom/Mystic to Mojave Question

It has now been proven that McCain's line of Mystics produce a super form that is the same as RDR's Phantom. So it appears the two lines are the same morph.

Also, we all know that the mystic x mojave produces a mystic potion, but....

The question I have is has RDR's line been crossed with a mojave to produce a phantom potion.... or whatever you may call it?

....and has the mystic been crossed to a lesser to produce an all white snake like RDR's Karma?

Seeing that the supers are the same the logical conclusion would be that those combos are indeed going to be the same, but you never know with genetics. :taz:

You really can't be sure unless they look totally identical both as supers and as hets. Anything else will be pure speculation unless you breed them to find out.

Similar to how the Black Pastel and Cinnamon look a lot alike and their supers are similar but the minor difference given by the Black Pastel really makes them a hundred times better at doing what they both do.

I can't help but believe that Ralph Davis has bred one of his phantoms to a mojave though.

If I were a betting man, I would say that he has produced a potion, but hasn't let anyone know because of the price difference between his phantoms and the mystic.

The cat might be out of the bag now though....

I am pretty sure we will know next year :)

There is a few person with Phantoms and I am sure some of them will try to breed them to mojave.

And the fact that potion look better than the supers, have something to do there ! But at the same time, the Supers have "super power" cause you can just you that supers and breed it to potion to create more potion cross. Like you breed that super to a pastave.

IMO, they are the same. I am sure the Mystic price will increase (if it didn't already) since he have proved it to create a super that looks like a super phantom.

So far it hasn't but, I didn't want to wait... I spoke with Anthony McCain & have a sweet little male coming in this week.

The other ridiculous thing is the price of Mojaves- if you don't have one you should get one... or more! ;)

I think what you'll see is the price of the phantom drop, not the other way around.

I would take that bet. I doubt that Ralph will ever have a mojave. I think the way that whole project was handled (or mishandled) from the very beginning left such a bad taste in his mouth I seriously doubt he would keep a mojave in his collection even if someone gave him a truckload of them.

What was the deal with Ralph and this whole situation? I guess I'm too new to know what went on.
