    Digestion at lower temperatures
My ball-python's tub's temperatures dropped to the mid-70s today due to a thermostat failure. He JUST ate an adult mouse yesterday. Will his digestion be okay at this lower temperature? I'm raising his temps back up as I type this. He was probably at this lower temperature for anywhere up to 8 hours.

    Hi,

Just keep an eye on him and hope.

If the lowered temps do make him regurge (by no means a certainty ) just remember to give him a week off feeding and offer a smaller meal than normal the week after that to make sure the recovery is smooth.

He should be okay if the temp didn't go below 75. They can survive at that level!
