New Computer Case Swap Up and Running
Got the case 4 days ago but today was the day i had time to transfer it all over. Just waiting for the other gpu so i can install it and xfire them. All in all its a badass case and HUGE. I love the tool less design. and temps dropped 3c so far. Still gotta wait for the new AS5 to set and i reapplied it.

I know theres computer guys here

Nice. Why dont you switch to liquid cooling its pretty cheap now thats what I run. Makes it alot neater inside the case. I have mine with black lights and everything is wrapped in uv loom

Dont like water cooling at all. As with the 120 push pull i got now OC 3.6 im idle at 38 37 38 39 and load under prime95 58 57 58 59. My temps will drop even more once paste sets though. Those are the temps i got now with the new paste.

Water cooling is cool but just not for me.

Are you running a RAID system?

No raids. Those 2 hard drives will be storage once SSD gets here.

    I went with this case.

Here is it when the rest of the stuff came in.

The pics were taken in Feb .. and the motherboard pictured has already gone bad on me. I just ordered this Friday, will be here .. Tuesday or Wednesday.

    Cooler - Noctua NH-C12P

    Specs:

    Antec Skeleton Case
ASUS P6T Motherboard (soon to be EVGA 132-BL-E758-TR)
2 ASUS DVD Burners (LOUD AS HELL. Don't buy.)
    Intel Core i7 920
    PCP&C 750w PSU
    Noctua NH-C12P Heatsink
    2 Seagate 640s in RAID0
4 Seagate 320s for storage along the sides
    EVGA GTX 285

As for the air Vs Water debate, I take my PC to LANs .. and I don't trust water systems for the purpose. In fact, there is something about putting water into my PC I just don't trust at all. Show me all the numbers you want, but I am not going to spend $2000 on sensitive electronics then dump water into the case. Nothing is 100% watertight .. and I am not willing to risk it.

I was gonna get a i7 but i built this system for 1200 and i cant be any happier.

The antec skeleton case to me seems to be not so good on cooling due to the open air not being circulated in a loop

I have never had a cooler running PC. Everything is awesome, and the top fan moves a lot of air. Your case has a really nice design though .. I am somewhat of a case ... enthusiast? I like the new designs when they come out .. and I have been known to switch cases all the time. The Skeleton though is one of my faves. Works very well.

Why did you zip-tie the fans?
