    I don't think it matters, but I would use flexwatt because it is cheaper.

    With any of those "brands" though, you need a good thermostat.

    i used flex watt on my ABS and PVC caging.

    I love flexwatt! I've used it for years and have ever only had one problem with it which was my fault. While moving, that one piece I believe got bent and when I pluged it in, it made a really low buzzing noise. Dummy me investigated it and got a small shock. It went in the trash right after that. Other then that incident I've never had any issues using it.

    When I first got into snake some years back, I used both Zoo-med and Exo-terra heating pads on a T-stat. I went thought a few of both before learning about flexwatt. Never again will I use either of those products. They are both expensive and both have failed on me more then once. I can not and will not put my snakes at that risk.
