What do you use for a Lay box?

I think with most people breeding in racks with tubs as small as 41 quarts, you don't have enough room for a nest box.

We don't use them at all. When the ladies get ready to lay in their tubs, they move the aspen around and out from under their bodies and lay directly on the tub surface.

Our first year when we had our snakes in other type containers we made a lay box out of a kitty litter pan and wet spagnum moss I think. The female ball ignored it altogether.

Just let them lay on the existing bedding. You only use a lay box if you plan on letting them incubate maternally. :gj:
