    Can I fix/cut this flexwatt?
When I got my new rack, I stupidly forgot to tape down the flexwatt before sliding in a tub... the result was a bent strip of flexwatt, which I luckily didn't end up needing (only using 4/5 shelves). But soon I will need it, and really don't want to bother with ordering one 3' strip. So can I still use this? I'm hoping it's either usable as-is, or that I can simply cut off the bent part... can you safely cut heat tape?

(The line on the left is just from flash... damage is only on the far right)

If it's just bent and there are no breaks it should be fine.
