    Need help making quiet enclosure
Ok guys... I need some help here....

I posted a thread here earlier about a silent water sipper because the classic water bottles are NOISY, and purchased one of the vari-flo water valves. Problem solved with the water.

My next concern is the enclosure itself. I currently have 1.2 ASF's in a mortar tub with 1/2" wire cloth sandwiched in between some 1x3s.... the standard setup for a rack, but not in a rack. These guys always seem to create some kind of noise at night. They are either chewing on the wire, rattling their tails against the plastic tub, or producing noise some other way. I have to keep them pretty close to my room, definitely within hearing distance, because of space constraints.

Has anyone had this same problem, and come up with a good solution. I've thought of either getting several 10gal glass aquariums and doing the wire cloth food hopper and wire cloth around the water sipper, or the big sterilite tubs with the food hopper and water in a similar manner.

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated, and help me stay asleep at night.

    Thanks in advance.
