Hi all im habving a problem with my thermostat its currently keeping my temps at 88* but thats too low on the warm side. Anyways I havent changed anything in the husbrandy and if i set the THERMST to a lower setting the light that indicates its on doesnt turn on it will only turn on/off when its at the highest setting and even then it keeps it at 88 so should i contact Big Apple Herp or what do you guys recommend thanks!

not really. those thermostats are to be used for a temp fix. For $80 you can get a ranco or johnson wired new from Reptile Basics

Move the probe further from the heat source, until the temps are correct.

ok so i moved the probe to the edge of the heat pad and it worked or now well see how it is in a few hours. but wat would cause it to change like that it was working fine for a few months already
