    2nd Hand Snake Issues
So, boyfriend and I are new to having a ball python, We have had her for about a month now, she is on her 2nd shed and has not poo'd (that we have seen) since we've had her... Anyone know what might be going on or is it vet time?

    How big is your snake?
What size prey are you feeding?
    How often are you feeding?

Young snake don't poo very often because they use all of the prey item to grow. They only poo what they don't need. It its a hatchling, I wouldn't worry too much!

I have bp's that poop about every 10 days like clockwork. I have others that poo every month or so. It depends on the snake.

I would say that unless you feel a hard mass or obvious swelling you needn't be very concerned. If the animal just shed, a poo will likely be forthcoming very shortly!
