need some opnions

ok so i might be getting this pastel tell me the goods the bads and the ugly about this snake judging by the picture

Looks to be in shed, but also might be very browned out. Would need fresh shed pictures.

first thing that comes to my mind is - is that a water bowl? if so , the water is missing.

as far as the animal, looks fairly mediocre. Not horrible, not superb as far as pastels go.
