    Tank Coverage...
    Hey everyone...

I was just wondering if i could get some ideas for what is the best material to cover three sides of my tank with?

And for the covering what would this help with? Heat? Humidity?

    Thanks

You can buy sheets of styrofoam insulation at hardware stores. Just look for the thin stuff. It will help by keeping the heat in but it wont affect the humidity unless you are also covering the top of the cage. If using an aquarium you should cover at least 85% of the top with plastic.

I personally like using 1/4" black foam core board. Looks nice and helps insulate the tank. It won't help with humidity unless you cover the screen top of your tank, but not with foam core, it will suck up the moisture.
