Custom racks have arrived woot!

Wanted to share some picks of some racks I had an old patient of mine make. Absolutely love em, 41 sterilite quart size, 2 row 4 inch heat tape, very sturdy, and love the black color.

I am not sure on the spelling....Melomine? lol...Anyways I talked with Brian from BHB cause when I started a year ago I thought I saw conversation regarding the use of this material. He actually uses this for all his colubrids.

My guy grooved out slits for the heat tape and then filled the slits with counter-top material to cover up the exposed area and then placed the tape on top.

Reptile basics put the 3 racks heat tape strips and connected them pre-ship. They did an awesome job and would recommend them to anyone like me who has a medical only background and no life skills outside that lol. I think it was like 225 ish for all three racks of heat tape double strip 4 inch connected and put together. I thought that was reasonable since buying that much alone was close in price without me electrocuting myself in the process.

I just love how these racks hold the temp and humidity. They are amazing with holding that heat source and funneling it to the front. I have had so much trouble in the past with heat loss by the time it got to the front of the tub.
