problems with feeding?

Ok guys so all three of my ball pythons are being stubbron and not wanting to eat for me... My room temp is around 76 drops to 62 at night... My cage temps are sitting around 86 warm side cool side 80...

Now i know all my stuff is right or darn near... but i've tried F/T, P/K & Live! Mice/ Rats everything.. and no luck! What Gives ?

I've fed in their cage, out of their cage, in tubs and other spare tanks...

It's been a month since they moved here so they should be alright and not stressed out anymore... So any ideas ? Their being moving to my new place tonight.. so you think i'll have to wait another few weeks before they deside to want to eat ?

Also My friend and I are looking into either building a good "can't get out Of " Racking system... Any ideas ? If their are step by step guides with pictures would be great...

well the hot side could be a little higher, up to 94 is comfy for them
they might just not have a high enough temperature to comfortably eat.

I Don't have a temp gun... So that's pretty much a guess.. Their 100W bulbs On Top Of their tanks..

You should buy some sort of heat monitoring device and a thermostat. Not to mention your snakes would love it if you heat them from under the tanks with a UTH. That would probably solve all of your problems. Let us know what changes you make and how it works out.

Yeah i'm looking into buying or building a rack... hence why i don't want to dump anymore money into these tanks.. but if i have to i will.... i'll buy some UTH'S Once they finally get settled into their perm place....

A 100 watt lamp is probaly frying them! I use a 75 watt on my scorpion and I have to dim it down about half way! You need a digital thermometer with a probe to properly measure temps! You will be surprised on the difference from what it is to what you thought! I thought my temps where good until I used a digital and my temps were abut 100 on the warm side. You can also use the digital thermometer in you rack in the future so it won't be wasted money!

Get an acu-rite, and then you can make sure the temps are right.

if you can't accurately tell the temps then thats most likely why they're not eating. Are the lights on all the time? that can stress them out. Get an accurite so you can measure the warm side, cool side and humidity at the same time and make sure the temps are ok.
