    Nope.

    It's like putting ice cream in the fridge..just isn't' cold enough.

    From wikipedia:

    "CO2 changes from a solid to a gas at −78.5 °C (−109.3 °F) with no intervening liquid form"

    If your freezer gets that cold(which it doesn't), yeah it'd work, otherwise your dry ice will "melt".

    If something goes from solid to gas without going through a liquid state it is undergoing sublimation.
