    Possible New Incubator
I work in as a grill cook and kitchen prep and recently we had to replace our heat cabinet/proofer because a door handle broke off. The new one is up and running but the old one is just sitting around in the kitchen. I asked the manager if I could buy it and he said I could have it for $50! This thing could easily hold a dozen or more clutches if I add in shelves. I would need to find a friend with a truck to get it here and have my mother in law's permission to store it in the storage space behind the house, but I hope I don't have to pass up this amazing opportunity for a great incubator.

I'll try and get some pictures with my cell phone tomorrow when I go into work and if anyone could tell me the best way to turn this into an incubator. I know it has a display on it that tells you the inside temperature so I'm wondering if this could be used as part of the incubator. The thing heats up just fine but it is meant to hold things 150 degrees and up, so I'm not sure how low I can set it. I believe it comes with a built in fan, but I'll have to double check. I can always add one if not.

You may be able to use a different thermostat with the heater set-up. Sounds like a good idea. :gj:
