Housing 2 balls together?? What I mean is like they say can you house 2 snakes together? Yes.. SHOULD YOU?NO
Does this same rule apply to mating siblings??

You can breed sibs together without problem.

It would take a few generations to start seeing problems from inbreeding

I'd say neither of these are perfectly true.
One of the risks of inbreeding, and one of the risks of most concern with single-generation inbreeding, is if there happen to be any recessive genes that cause problems in the mix.
There are risks, you might see problems from a single generation of inbreeding.
However, it is my opinion, and certainly the opinion of the two people I quoted, that these risks are small enough for inbreeding, at least to a small degree, to be acceptable.
In addition, snakes seem to be somewhat less prone to uncover problems from inbreeding (compared to mammals). In the wild, there is plenty of inbreeding happening in many reptiles, especially isolated localities.

Does the same go for breeding a parent with their offspring?

As far as housing them together it is not recommended because one snake will be more dominant than the other and can stress the subordinate out.
They are recommended to be housed separately and only be paired together for 3 days at a time with 3 day breaks in between.
Inbreeding is okay as long as it is not done for many generations as it can make issues come to the surface.
Re: Is breeding brother and sister a no no like
Breeding a parent to their offspring is called line breeding, and this is frequently done to fix or prove a new trait--if you breed an albino to a normal, hold back the female offspring, and breed them back to the albino father, you get more albinos (for example).
This is how all of the new recessive morphs were established, and how the super forms of co-doms are discovered.
