    VPI axanthic?
I am about to purchase a male and female VPI axanthic and was just wondering if these are really axanthics or not. Please let me know soon, cause I'm really excited to finally get axanthics on my breeding calanderhttp://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...re6/986388.jpg

Where'd you get the pics? Their source would say a lot for the trustworthiness of the genetics. They LOOK like axanthics...however, the pictures do look a little "off" as well. I don't think it would be too difficult for some swindler to doctor up photos of normal bp's to make them look axanthic.

I'd definitely be extremely careful if it's an iffy source.

Looks like it COULD be the fade color option on any of the photoshopping tools available--these are times when seeing them in person might be better. Good luck!

They could be. It's hard to capture the true color of Axanthics in a picture. Here are some pics of some VPI Axanthics I produced this year. They tend to look darker in the pics than in person. These are silver and black in person. These photos were not photoshopped in any way.

Why is the paper so gray? Since these photos don't below to me I won't correct them. If you adjust the WB what do you get? I'm not getting warm fuzzies from these pics, they seem off.
