2 to 3 week old no eat

ok so i know hatchlings wont need to be fed for about a week after hatching,but now im going into 2 and 3 weeks and the mealworms are drying out,they are still pooping but mealworms are still there

Baby Geckos normally need something to stimulate them to feed like pinhead crickets. Also have they shed for you?
