I'm just afraid that if I update the size she won't like it

    She's a silly girl :)

HAHAHAHAHA, that's great!! Pythons are so funny. :D

One of mine broke her ceramic hide once. I heard this POP but couldn't figure out what it was. When I got up in the morning to check on her, she'd snapped the hide in half and was looking at me like, "I'm sorry I broke my hide, Mom. Can I get a new one?"

    Haha, poor girl!

I'm going to the pet store this next Friday for feeders and I think I'm going to look at the hides. If theres no good middle size then I guess I can leave her with this one. She seems content with it.

I got the black plastic one with a opening in the side ( see one in the pictures of the pinstripe andrack post. )) I wish i had told my buddy to pick more up they nicer than using the plastic bowls. But I think he said the ones I got were like 8 bucks each. and with 23 snakesI need about 15 of the larger size and one super sized one ( about the size of a 60 quart tub ) for the boa.

LOL... they do seem to enjoy "wearing" their hides, rather than sleeping under them. :D Mona can barely fit in her cave, but it's the largest size they make - so unless I make something homemade, it will have to do! She doesn't mind though, and I even caught her & Toby sharing it yesterday (they're breeding now) - sooooo cute. :)

faffy likes to do that to the new hide I made for him... so I just put some weight on top so he doesn't lift it up... and before I made that hide he had a small half log that that he flipped upside down into his water dish
