when to offer first meal?

Just wondering, how many days I should wait before offering my new bp's a meal? I got them today (Thurs) was thinking about feeding sunday? what yall think... Thanks

Also how long til I can take em out and hold em, the excitement is killing me, but I know I should leave em alone for a lil while

I will wait one week. If I get them a few days before the normal feeding day for everyone else, I let them wait one week and a few days. As for handling, a few days after their first meal.

I would isolate it for 2 weeks then try feeding! Don't handle until it eats and wait 48 hours after eating before trying to pick up!
