    Where to look for a cheap scale at Walmart, Target, etc
    I want to start keeping logs of my guys weight but I'm not where what kind of scale to get and what section of the stores to look any advice?

    really, for the money, this is the best scale to get that will handle all your reptile needs up to 7000 grams.

    When I shopped target, all the scales that looked like they would suit full grown BPs were just as expensive.

    Look in the kitchen/small appliance aisles. They'll be in the same area with toasters, blenders, etc.

    I agree, I'm going to be buying one of these when my current scale reaches its limit.

    However if you're looking in Walmart they should be in the cooking section.

    Walmart has them in the cooking section, and the one I bought was with the packing and office supplies. I actually purchased it over a year ago so I could ship things from home, and only recently started using it for snakes. Found out it has a 3 lb weight limit (or just below 1500 g) so I need a new one.

    the digital scale i use goes up to 30lbs. in ounces or grams and was purchased on ebay for around $35.have fun!

    Hey guys I went to Walmart and they were sold put of 11lb scales. I went to Target and they had one 5lb scale for $40! SO I checked on eBay and got this 76lb scale for $25 shipped http://cgi.ebay.com/76-LB-DIGITAL-SH...d=p3286.c0.m14 It's meant for packages but hey it'll work ;)

    EDIT: Wow it already shipped :)

    I have that exact same scale, I love it. Its perfect for ball pythons.
