    Is there any hope RI
I have a male spider that has had a RI for 3 months. He has been to the vet and on baytrail injections twice. Clean tub good heat all is well with that I'm lost!

Give everyone here information on your set up/snake/temps before asking a question like that.

Find a different vet NOW! A RI should not last 3 months. If Baytril didn't work those two times, your vet will need to try a different course of antibiotics. Did your vet swab your snake for a culture to see what kind of RI it is, and what antibiotics would in fact fight and kill it off? Please state where you live at, I'm sure someone on here can point you in the direction of a very good herp vet.

Also I take it, your snake is either popping, wheezing, or has bubbles coming out of his mouth/nose. Letting him soak in a tub of warm water for 15-20 minutes will help him loosen up some of that mucus and let him breath a bit better.

    Did he culture and MIC?

I don't know much about snakes, but I've cultured enough human patients to know that by the end of the first failed round of antibiotics, the culture should have given a definitive diagnosis as to the offending "bug" and the MIC(minimum inhibitory concentration) should have told what antibiotic to use and at what dose.

I would recommend getting a culture done. It will let you know exactly what you are dealing with and what steps you need to do to fight the disease.
Is there mucus on the sides of the tubs?
You might want to also think about trying to get some food in him if it has been a while since he last ate.
