    I was looking at the rules for vendors, rule #1:

    "Absolutely NO venomous: NO rear-fanged: No surgically altered: NO venomous animals of any kind. Anyone that has a venomous animal (including the parking lot, hotel or show building) will be prosecuted - it's against the law to possess or sell venomous reptiles in Illinois."

    Does this mean no FWCs or hoggies? I know it gets tricky with how states define "venomous" sometimes.

    How about spiders and scorps? Or does this only apply to reptiles?

    Yup, no hogs. I'm not sure, but I think they're illegal to sell in Illinois anyway. Maybe some native species rules? I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong. There were Tarantulas available, I don't remember scorpions, but I wasn't really looking.

    Yeah, hogs are illegal in IL. Scorpions are fine, though.
