Ball is missing scales around the top of her eye

I have a female 09 ball that shed last week and now I notice the top of her eyes are missing scales I tried to take some pics but they didnt come out clear. Does anyone know what might have caused this if so what can I do to treat it. She shed in one piece and didnt have any problems. I have her in a 6 qt tube with aspen and belly heat
