help asap

my girl was doing fine untill she shed the other day she just wont shed her head cap she gets the eye caps off but from the tip of the snot to the back of the head this is the second time shes done it..the rest all comes off in one piece .humidity was at 70 during shed. but the real proplem is that she cant breath from her nose it looks like, and can only open half her mouth it doesnt look like mouth rot.
uth temps 93 F cool side 86
change water every other day spot clean every day unless not needed.
she eats in a seperate tank no supstrate just nice clean plastic.

I had one do that ( my black rat still has issues due to her age I guessing)

What I do is take a wet warm towel place the snake in the towel and then in a pillwo case the snake will work it way out of the towel and this will aloow the shed to soften and come off with less issues ( some time without your help.) just check the towel and the pillowcase for it before you go picking for it ..

A product called reptil sheddind aid from zoo med works really well and the skin will come off safe and fast for the issue you are having. You can find it some pet stores. Also, you can spray it on your problem snake before sheding to help good luck!

I agree. I used this stuff and it worked wonders.
