    Does sex influence activity
i was just wondering if any one has noticed if on sex seems to be more active or if it is a individual thing. My bumblebee male seem to get out and roam around alot more the either of my girls (pinstripe, normal). there tanks are all with in a degree or two, and all thing being equal. Or are there morphs that seem consistantly more active.

I do not see a difference in gender rather then more age... But I must tell you that topic put a totally different image in my head!

I can't say I've noticed a gender difference in activity levels. Some individuals are very active, others barely move. :)

Does sex influence activity... I don't believe so. I do believe that age does. My younger bp's move a around a lot more, my subadult and adult just lie around like couch potatoes.

You lot all have you mind in the gutter I didn't even think about intercourse when reading the title. :colbert:

And no, sex has no effect on activity aside from, perhaps, when your female is gravid.

If your mind isn't in the gutter, it's on the sidewalk where people can stamp on it. Or on the road where cars run over it. The gutter's the only place your mind can be!

thanks for your remarks guys. I wondered how long it would take to take this thread to the gutter lol. The reason I was wondering cause if it was that one sex is more active then maybe it should be considered when getting a PET bp that you plan to handle and treat like a pet, not live stock.
