Nice job bro! I love Wordpress and the site looks sharp!

I LOVE your logo... it's gorgeous. The whole site looks really nice. Except, one thing I would add is a "home" page that is more of an introduction to what your site is, what you do, etc. Right now it looks like you have a blog on the home page, which you might want to put in a separate section. Just my 0.02.

My updates on this breeding season and also any other snake updates will be posted on my blog (and here of course), which is the reason why its on the home page. If you click on the About button you can get a brief paragraph on me and what I hope to accomplish with my site.
