    humid hide question
last time my ball shed it came off in many pieces. i keep him in a glass tank. i just made him a humid hide consisting of a tupperware with a hole in the side with a few pieces of wet paper towel on the bottom. the problem is he has already started the shedding process, his eyes have been blue for about a week. should i risk being struck at to place him in the humid hide myself or just hope he goes in there on his own?

Leave him alone. He'll figure it out. You could mist a bit.

Yeah, just do your best to keep the over all humidity up. Mist a few times a day and cover 3/4 of the screen top with aluminum tape to help trap moisture.

If you are using a lamp, that is probably the humidity killer.
