breeding
Besides having the male and female, what do i need to do to breed them right now,I have them in a rack system and i keep my rack at 85 both day and night

Re: breeding
Well they both have to be up to weight, have to be very well fed, and both ahve to be willing to breed. Also you need an incubator set up ready for eggs about 1-2 weeks prior to the eggs being laid, the medium of your choice for inside the egg tub, patience. A huge passion for the animals, a way to house and or sell the babies after they ahve fed and shed not to mention the ability to feed the little ones. I konw I am missing a lot but that is about the basics. Breeding weights for females is about 1200-1500 grams minimium imo and for males I get best luck with atleast 700 grams.

Re: breeding
if copulation occurs how many days before she would lay eggs, after eggs are layed how many days till they pip,its probably different with each egg right

Re: breeding
i drop the temp 10 degrees at night and 5 dgrees during the day. most of my snakes start slowing their eating when i do this. then 3-4 weeks later i put male and female together and see lock ups pretty quick.

Re: breeding
so i dropped the temp to 75 and woke up today and they appear to be locked,I raised the temp back up to 85 and left them alone

Re: breeding
got back home later in the afternoon and they were unlocked so put the spider male back in his tub and i tried to feed her but she declined
