    I keep these guys regularly. I keep them on dry old fasion oatmeal and I feed them veges.

    You can add other stuff to the oatmeal too, makes it a bit more nutritious. Baby rice cereal, wheat germ, flax, powdered milk...the better the bedding the better the worm and, of course, better for what's eating that worm ;)

    I use non medicated chick starter. Seems to work I actualy had bred worms in the same substrate.

    what about organic Oat bran? Has anyone had success with that?
