Cage liners or just news paper?
I am getting a new ARS 7030 and am considering getting some cage liners. I want opinions if people have any experience with them. I've found two places that seem to have them for a pretty reasonable price ($40 per 100 liners not including shipping).

A partially used burn roll of unprinted newspaper is $2-5 for me.

You can pick it up at the printer. It is the leftover part of the roll after they run the news paper. Or you can just save and use regular printed on news paper.:D

I use packing paper that I bought at Home Depot -- it's basically unprinted newspaper. It was ten bucks for a box of 145 24"X36" sheets.

This is what I use, its cheap and does the job. I use two sheets per tub. Fold each sheet in half. I use 41qt tubs for all my adults. The two pieces overlap about 5 inches or so. I think there are about 140 sheets in a box. I pick mine up at the local Uhaul place so no shipping. My cost is a little over 9.00 a box. Not sure what shipping would be. But still better than 40.00 for 100 liners. Its pretty close to unprinted newspaper. Maybe a little thinner.

I prefer cage liners to newspaper just because they look nicer and I'm working towards a jungle look in the reptile room. :)
