    wheezing ??
Im a newbie, i just got my new pastel last night, and when i try to handle her, she start to have a few wheezing and making like a ball, and i think she is just start to in shed.

is it because i was disturbing her, and she tried to scare me to not touching her ? and she don't have any sytoms of RI,

after a few second i try to handle her, she didn't make any hizzing noise, i was wondering do i just get a grumpy ball ?

She's probly stressed from the new environment, breathing heavy and you're hearing that.

Leave the snake alone for one solid week, with no handling or disturbing the cage unless to change the water. Start short handling sessions and regular feeding after that. Congrats on the new one :)

Many forums and webpages I've read say: You should let them sit in there inclosure for about a week, without handling them, so they can get used to their new home. I'd leave it alone for about a week them try to handle it a doy or so after it eats. I havn't been able to find any thing that says this spur of the moment but when I do I'll let you know. Just be sure to watch for other RI symptoms just incase.
