profile pics

hello everyone!
when i joined bp.net i uploaded a pic- which i thought was my profile pic- but it only shows up on my member page and when i post something a question mark is next to my name.
how do i get picture up next to my posts? thanks!

There is an area that says "Change Avatar" thats the section you want.
