    good afternnon, well i have a rack from RBI and i have my thermostat set to 93...so my hot side is 93-94 and my cool side is about 80-82...i use newspaper as my substrate so my question is do i need to put a thick layer or just two sheets...

    It all depends if you have a thermometer with a probe in it, put the probe on top of the newspaper to get a accurate reading of the temp the adjust layers.

    Well now that i think of it I put 2 peices on. You can just adjust the thermostat instead of layering paper.

    I use two layers and my tstat is set to 95-96

    my tstat is set to 90-92 is that good or should it be hotter
