    Greetings from the Desert
Hello all. I recently got deployed out to the middle east from august to early december and just wanted to say hi. I got my sister to take my boas for the 4 months and she is pretty excited about it. So yeah... I am 8 hours ahead of eastern time, it is about 120 here right now (afternoon) and the humidity is nuts especially at night. It is dirt dirt dirt dirt...not sand, dirt and nothing to do besides go to work, excercise, read/watch movies or call home. Limited to 2 beers a day which makes it pretty much pointless to drink. Sucks but being in the chair force I guess I have it pretty easy. Shout out to anyone else deployed right now, being away from the family is by far the worst part of it but at least I can say I went before I get out in June.
