Boa Breeding Info

Now, I'm a long way away from breeding my boa girl. She's still tiny due to some feeding problems a while back and she's around 200g (probably more now, I haven't weighed her recently) She is an 08 and was a little over 100g when we got her last summer. Now that she is eating like a champ, I have been toying with the idea of breeding boas in the future. I'm working with her aggression (handling her more and will start feeding outside her enclosure). She's eating about 50g worth of food every meal now.

So I was wondering at what age/weight you breed a female and a male boa. What is the breeding process like? I'm not sure when I am getting a male. Probably this year or next year and I will raise them both up to breed later on.

She is extremely cage aggressive. If you approach her enclosure, she immediately goes on the defense, getting into the striking position and follows your movements. She has never bitten me, but I have never given her the chance. Once she is out, she's a bit nervous (clings tightly onto your hand) but stops trying to strike.

I have heard that with boas, you have to sometimes get them on a routine. If you open the enclosure and use a hook to tap them or take them out, then they know its not feeding time.
