First Tarantula breeding....FAIL!
on the third night of introduction, my male C. fasciatum decided to run into the females little den without courting her......she ate him!!
its sad but it happens......

That sucks Man I saw that on AB....Me and Sarah picked up 4 slings at the Daytona show nice litte guys can't wait till the get size. Matt

no but my friend works for a invert company so he is going to get my a back up. hopefully a little larger alothough i think the male was big for the species. i also think im going to have him pick me up another female too....maybe one thats not so nasty!
i really like this species and hopefully i can pull of breeding them this year!

Yes we got 4 of them at 8 dollars each at the daytona show
