Just when you think you know everything...
You start thinking scenarios.
I actually have a few questions.
One:
I think my smaller BP is scared or just doesn't like hairy mice. Could this be true? (Still eating alot of pinkies at one inning because won't eat anything with hair.)
Two:
Are different kinds of snakes such as Boas and Pythons hostile?
Three: There should be one here. Just can't think of it.

1. he could be uncomfortable eating something bigger? my ball won't eat small rats...but hes fine with 2 large mice.. they're picky like that..yours might out grow it
2. yes there are more aggressive snakes... ball pythons are total sweeties, boas have a bit more attitude, bigger ones idk but im sure someone will inform you bout that
Re: Just when you think you know everything...
Check your temps, that could be the cause behind the not eating
And some boa's and pythons are just as docile :)

It differs snake to snake. I think the snake ends up being what you make it in the long run. If you work with them, you can make the "meanest" of snakes puppy dog tame. Baby snakes are generally nippy. My Burm is usually a big puppy dog. As well as my BP. The worst the bp has got is just hissing at me. And the Burm hisses sometimes but he hasn't bit me since he was a baby.

Thank you all.
So would anyone recommend a Red tail?
