Sometimes, out of sadness, there comes a ray of light
    Hi all,

So my week had a really bad start seeing as my cat, Benji got run over last night.:tears: I'm rather messed up at this point, to say the very least. :( But this morning I skipped class and went for a drive to our local herp store and saw a little hatching albino house snake and fell in love! I bought him and decided to name him Benji in memory of my baby. I'm waiting on the transport permit, which will be ready in about 2 weeks, then I can bring him home. I'm getting a BP as well, but he will only come later this year. cant wait!

R.I.P my little Benji boy xxx

I'm so sorry for your loss!!!!!!! My heart is with you, I lost my beautiful calico best friend, M'ress, earlier this year, and I know how you feel.
Congratulations on finding a new baby!!!! I know the two of you will be very happy!!!!

thank you all very much! I'm still sad about my baby Benji(R.I.P), but seeing my baby snake (also a Ben) every day helps me remember my kitty with the added joy of owning my very first snake:)

P.S I have a Ball Python as well now, named Snape:gj:
