I have the first season on dvd and read the books but I dont have hbo so I have to wait till the dvd

We just finished watching season 1, we were going to wait til season 2 came out on DVD but looks like we don't have to now! Is that website legal? I was thinking if it wasn't, HBO would've surely caught wind of it by now and shut it down. Thanks for that link!
