    Right size mice?
Hey guys, i got my hatchling mojave ball python about a month ago and hes doing great and growing like crazy. I weighed him the day of his feeding before the mouse and he was 91 grams. I've been feeding him every five days on weanling mice. I weighed the one of the mice yesterday and it was 8 grams. It was one of the bigger in the bag. Should i be feeding him something larger or offering him more than one each feeding?

You should feed him something that is similar in diameter to the widest section of your snakes body.

I personally never fed weenlings. I started on fuzzies for the first two feedings then small adult mice for the last feeding. He was being fed fuzzies when I bought him and he eats like crazy, so perhaps he has grown a little fast. But I would think you would need to feed fuzzy mice atleast.
