    Killer Normal
Just thought I'd put up some pics of my big normal girl. I can't get enough of her, she has such amazing colors! Putting on weight like crazy, too. She's about four years old, has been with me for two years. Haven't measured her in a very long time, but I'm guessing she's at least 4.5', and pushing 1500g.

Old pictures. Just to show off her incredible colors.

She's nice! But for 4 years she is so small. She should be at least 2500 plus grams.

    She looks nice.

^^ There is no set growth rate for any snake. =)

Not necessarily - I've got a 3 year old just at 1000 grams who was a very picky eater in year 2. She's just now starting to find her appetite.

For the first year she only ate about half of the time I offered. Now she's eating like a pig. I suppose her eating troubles have stunted her growth a bit, but she is perfectly healthy and happy right now. I also believe that a snake that puts on weight rapidly is not a healthy snake; I don't feed my snakes as often as some keepers do. If I were to get into breeding, I would probably wait until she passed 2000g, but I have no intentions to breed her.

False..I have many 4+ year old girls. They range in size from 1300 grams to 3000+ grams.

She's beautiful! I love the crazy pattern on her lower half... very cool.

And for the record, my big 4(ish) year-old girl just hit 2000g - so yes, they do vary in size.
