HD = hatch date
BM = bowel movement or poop

this is version 3 of this sheet, i've been using it for a few years. I mark 'X' or a check mark where necessary and put notes in the "other" section.

its made to fit on a standard sized printer paper. I keep all of my notes in a binder. Every snake has its own folder and such. This may not be the most organized version, but it really works well for a good visual if you need to see the last time someone ate or pooped.
