plastic container

i have a questions, i am getting another BP today and i am gonna keep it in a plastic rubbermaid container my question is how can i attch the heat pad to that? do i just stick it on the bottom or do i use electrical tape?

Attach it with silver a/c tape, it helps to distribute the heat
