New to the Ball Python World

I have had 1 normal ball python for about 8 months now and I am absolutely addicted I just got 1 pastel and 1 het albino all males . I plan to get a female around christmas time I really want a spider to maybe in the future experiment with breedining. The trouble im having is my fiancee is afraid of the snakes (not phobia afraid more afraid they will bite her) we move out together into an apartment in 2 months any advice. Apologize for such a long post like I said im new to the forum

I'd say for sure start acclimating her. Just having a snake out while she's around is a good first step. Then slowly getting her to pet it (with the head away from her at first.) Then eventually having her hold it alittle. Good luck!

    Welcome to the site

I've found that if they are willing to observe someone else handling one they will eventually, with enough time, come around. Ball pythons are very calm snakes and hopefully your fiancee will see that.

    Good luck!
